On Friday, April 11, 2008, your company installed a new furnace at the above mentioned address. The crew that completed the work were professional, neat and polite. That following Monday I received a call from Gary stating that the men who had installed the furnace had a problem with the electrical part of the furnace. Within the next couple of weeks, Gary returned to my house with another worker and fixed the problem. I appreciate the fact that the workers discovered a problem and reported it to their supervisor. They could have just let it go and I wouldn’t have known any different. That is a fine example of customer service.
