Took out hot water coil and back flow preventer install new hot water coil and back flow preventer tested boiler and all good at this time found crack on boiler need to get price to replace if pressur3 goes up to 20 psi it sprays out but under 10 it stops need price to replace boiler
Checked over operation of second floor air handler. Customer stated noise from system. Checked blower for balancing issues, hydro coil for air and air filter. Found system running normally no noise found at this time. Did find air handler to be in poor condition due to age, condition, rust and mold. Obsolete refrigerant, recommend replacement.
Gave customer price to replace back flow preventer and we would get back to him with a price to replace hot water coil
Checked over system for gas leaks. Found none at this time. Took combustion and efficiency test, results normal. Recommended annual maintenance. Need to call customer to schedule maintenance on two gas boiler.
Completed annual maintenance on viessmann boiler with Rielo burner. Found broken retention head on nozzle assembly. Need to get pricing and availability to replace.
Found oil burner locked out on primary control, turning off power to nest thermostat. Found air in oil line. Bled line, replaced filter strainer and nozzle. Oil level is low in tank. Told customer to call for delivery. Tested igniter, o.k.. Bill from office.

Returned to install a 80 gallon well tank, submersible pump kitchen sink faucet. Upon arrival I spoke with the home owner and received the alarm code and garage code to access the house. We removed the old kitchen sink faucet, well tank and well pump and installed a 1/2 h well well pump with control box, 80 gallon well tank ad kitchen sink faucet. We let the air out of the water lines and closed the well pit cover. The pressure is at 60 psi and there are no leaks. Here is a 2 year warranty on the well tank and pump and a one year warranty for the kitchen sink faucet.
Called out for low water pressure in the house. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer regarding the well tank and well pump replacement. I checked the the pressure and electric circuit and the well tank is failed. The pump has to be taken out to measure how deep the pump goes into the well. This will be done next week as the home owner will be away.
Zone #3 for unit when you walk into basement circulator was no good also the air vent and gauge replaced all parts and tested left water feeder valve open and drop water temp at the aquastat to 140 think the well is no sensing correct temp and that is why the boiler keeps popping the relief valve
Garage unit got error 6A no ignition I could see the hot surface igniter glow but no light when gas valve open purged gas line and restart unit came on tried a few time it stated up all the time radiant heat for studio was off due to bad circulator replaced and tested
Disconnect two condenser behind garage pumped down system disconnect line and low voltage wires cut line set and taped the ends customer said he would move units when he is ready.

No AC 2nd Floor, due to system low on R-410a, charged, tested, system operational, added 7lbs 9.8 ounces.
Did annual maintenance on 3 AC system added R22 to fitting room area and capacitor all is good at this time
