Came out when we were in a bind to fix our system. Took the time to review and explain what was happening and how it was going to be fixed with a smile on his face. Made sure we didn’t have any questions and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. With a smile on his face and a pleasant demeanor.
Great crew! In-house??- Not so much
Kimberly - Poughquag, NY
My appt time was btwn 2-4pm. Crew showed up around 5:30. Would have appreciated a call telling me they were running late. Instead, I experienced a rude in-house person argue with me over my slot without apology. She said, “Do you want them to come or not. I can reschedule you.” Whatever happened to customer service and the feeling you actually appreciate our business?? PS If this was strictly based on the two men who came to the door, the score would be “above average”.
