But with His stamina and use of his technical resources didn’t quit until he found the solution to the proper wiring of an old system into its new components. 👏👏👏

Found pilot out on water heater, got it relit and the water heater is working. If it goes out again the customer will be calling us to replace it. It is 12 years old. Already gave the customer an estimate.
Customer is looking for a HWH that attached right to the the boiler.
Completed annual maintenance on gas furnace.
Found electric water heater tripped out, pressed the reset and the unit started. Saw some water damage to the bottom case cover to the heating element. Told the customer there may be an issue of the water getting onto the electrical and causing a short. The customer has a warranty and will be speaking with the company to see what they will do.
Found system low on 410 A added 3 lb and tested heat temps it went from 76 to 105 system has a leak do not have access to a lot of the connections will wait for spring to do leak check
Found pilot light out. Tried to relite it but it would not stay on, replaced the thermocouple and unit is operating properly. Tested the unit by switching it on and off multiple times. Tested gas valve multiple times to make sure it was not causing the pilot to go out as well, gas valve is good.
Found zone valves opening and calling for heat. The relay closed but did not send power to the burner or the circulator pump. The aquastat relay was bad. Replaced and boiler is operating normally.
Found zone valve for second floor back right side area is stuck open and the thermostat in the hall way control the rest of the second floor they do no5 want to change the zone valv3s at this time
Replaced low water cut off in building 152 tested and all is good rest of repair would be done at a later date per customer
Completed annual maintenance of gas boiler. Performed combustion test. Inspected pilot, burners, igniter, zone valves, circulator pump, low water cut off, valves and air vent. System operational. Recommended to replace indirect water heater, customer is not interested at this time.
Called out to replace a customer supplied slop sink faucet. After installing the new faucet and removing the old one I opened the water to test. There is no leaks and the pressure is normal. The work done here today has a one year warranty. Cleaned up and collected payment.
Checked job and th3 customer wants to replace the low water cut off no one has it in stock ordered fro real and it should be in the shop in about 3-5 days need to bill for job after it is completed
Checked unit in sun room flame was not getting to thermocouple very good blew out pilot tube and tested the flame got better and customer would check unit and let us know if it goes out if problem returns we need to replace pilot assembly with thermostat and igniter or replace system .Also did gas tune up on main gas furnace in house checked heater and all parts did combustion test unit for sun room

Labor to replace OEM 3 way valve for Navien boiler. Navien is sending the part under warranty.
Completed annual maintenance on gas boiler. Checked burners, pilot, roll out, gas valve, inducer, pressure switch, zone valves, extrol tank,hydrostat, water feeder, circulator, air vent and relief valve. pressure switch had significant water damage and filled a follow up form to contact customer about price and ordering of part.
Circulator for building207 zone 2 in the panel was not working making a loud noise replaced and tested

Found gas valve intermittently closing after a few minutes, there is a magnet inside the gas valve that closes the switch to keep it on. It is malfunctioning, this is to replace the gas valve and replace the worn thermocouple. This estimate also includes a maintenance agreement which includes 15% off todayâ€™s repairs and future repairs if needed for a whole year. Also included in the maintenance agreement is a trip to return at a time scheduled with you for a cleaning on the system which should be performed annually. Replaced gas valve and thermocouple, tested the unit multiple times and it is operating properly.
This will include the heating tune up for 1/9/20. This also include 24/7 priority service and 15% off all repairs.
Cleaned and serviced 2 gas furnaces. Tested flame sensor, pressure switch, capacitor, blower motor and inducer. Performed combustion test. Recommended to replace flame sensors on each system, customer had an issue with no heat 12/19/19 due to flame sensor. Homeowners father stated that the homeowner would reach out to us if she decides to go with it. Sent customer estimate with pricing options.
