Installed Pur-Air UV light, tested, system operational.
Completed annual maintenance on air conditioning system. Customer just changed filter so left one for him for next change out. Cleared condensate trap lines. Cleaned inside coil. Tested blower capacitor on air handler which tested normal. On outside condenser checked pressures which were normal. Tested capacitor which tested normal. Contactor in good shape. Did put a estimate in for re level of condenser pad. System operational at this time.
Installed Pur-Air UV Light, tested, system operational, collecting remaining amount for UV light $297.50 plus tax
Completed annual maintenance on air conditioning system. Customer changed return filter. Cleared condensate drain lines. Tested blower capacitor at air handler tested normal. Checked pan for leaks which everything looks good. Outside condenser has new turbo capacitor. Contactor looks good. Pressures are normal. System is R22 so did speak with customer about replacement at some point. Customer would like same service next year.
Performed gas cleaning on high effiency boiler. Checked water feeder, expansion tank, relief valve, air vent, circulator pump, boiler pressure and temperature, cleaned flame sensor. Tested and ran all zone valves, all opening and closing. System is operating normally.
2nd Floor system low on Freon, charged 1lb 5 ounces, tested, system operational. Schedule appointment for price on residential replacement ac on 2nd Floor
Completed annual ac tune up on two systems. Customer requested the additional tune up upon arrival for their Mitsubishi unit. Cleared drain and trap lines. Replaced one 30x20x1 filter. Took temperatures and pressures. Need to follow up with customer for IAQ package. Need to follow up for vinyl covering for line set outside. Customer did not put deposit down for IAQ package. Wants to talk it over with husband. Cleaned filters for Mitsubishi unit. Also placed a yard sign in front yard.
Called out for a clogged sewer that was recently snaked. We used the high pressure water jet to jet out the main sewer into the city sewer. We followed that with a camera inspection and noticed a slight back pitched pipe just before the city sewer. The sewer is draining properly and there are no roots in the line. The work done here today has a one year warranty. If the sewer backs up again in the near future a spot repair will need to be done to correct the back pitched pipe which was likely caused by root intrusion.
Performed ac tune up. Checked delta T, drain line, duct work, blower wheel, filter, capacitor, running pressure, contactor, compressor, fan. Return plenum of duct work was packed full of dust. Informed customer and customer just moved in and is renovating house and will schedule a duct cleaning when renovations are complete. Condenser capacitor was reading low, replaced with Turbo 200. Customer signed up for gas and ac MA. System is operating normally.
Performed ac tune up. Checked delta t, filter, condensate pump, drain line, blower wheel, running pressures, compressor, fan, capacitor, contactor. Contactor had burn marks and was still operating, recommended to customer to replace to prevent part from failing in near future. Replaced contactor. System is operating normally.
Completed annual ac tune up on two systems. Cleared drain and trap lines. Both systems low on refrigerant. Recommend replacement of both systems.
Found system blowing out warm air. Took pressures. Pressures were at 15 psi. Performed leak search. Found leak in evap coil. Put in a fallow up for the evap coil.
Called out to install a customer supplied kitchen sink faucet. I removed the old faucet and installed a new single handle moen faucet supplied by the customer. There are no leaks at this time. Cleaned up and thanked the customer.
Completed annual maintenance on air conditioning system. Changed return filter 14x20x1. Tested blower wheel amps which tested fine. No condensate trap to clear. Took a temperature difference of return and supply which was a 17 degree difference. Outside condenser looked good coil in good shape. Tested capacitor which tested normal. Contactor looked good. Pressures were exactly they need to be. System operational and working at this time
Performed ac tune up on new install. Removed filters and cleaned coils, cleaned all filters inside. Took pressures and took amp reading. All components are operating normally at this time.
Power was turned off to Unit, turned back on tested, system operational. Call to collect payment
System operational found oil line closed off to boiler, which caused primary to trip, reset, tested, system needs maintenance. Also replaced clogged air vent.
Customer needs estimate for replacement of evap coil and condenser. Metal drain pain for evap coil is rusted through. Condensation is leaking onto carpeted rooms. Did not collect diagnostic fee as per Dustin.
No ac due to bad disconnect needs to be replaced. Recommend residential replacement
Came to system everything running but no pressures. Found system low on charge and coil plugged. Recharged system may have a leak will have to come back for a leak test if unit does stop working.
Completed triple play. Recommend duct cleaning. All systems operating normal. Recommend replacement of ac system as per r22 phase out. System runs rough. Pressures and temperatures were okay.
Found condenser not running upon arrival. Checked capacitor, capacitor was bad , .03mfd out of 35. Replaced part under warranty as per dj.
System was blowing warm air. Went out to the condenser, found it running. Checked pressures and system is low on charge. Recharged and system is operating properly.
Found fujitsu system with 5 heads and one condenser low on charge. Dumped the remaining charge and weighed in a new charge. Added an extra pound to allow for the extra line set.
Performed ac tune up. Checked coil, blower, temperature difference, drain line, pressures, capacitor, compressor, fan, contactor. System is operating normally, customer signed up for AC MA and placed yard sign.
