Danny is very professional and knowledgeable, but due to the timing of our problem occurring in the weekend was not able to resolve it. $138 seems pretty steep for an unresolved issue, so we hope we will not incur additional fees.
Customer stated that water temperature not hot enough. Raised storage tank temperature from 120f to 130f. Found aquastat locked out on low water fault code. Boiler is not low on water, boiler pressure is at 20 psi. Removed aquastat sensor and checked probe for rust or corrosion, found none. Made sure aquastat probe is secured in immersion weâ€™ll clip and burner came back on. If system continues to lock out intermittently recommended to replace aquastat sensor.
Completed annual maintenance on gas boiler. 32 year old l.p. boiler in poor condition. Shipping brackets were never removed when boiler was installed, cannot remove due to boiler being against wall. Burners are rusted, inducer motor bearing being to fail, right side burner has a delayed ignition due to rust, air in heating zones, pressure temperature gauge unreadable. System is in overall poor condition, recommend replacement. Customer will look into replacement before next heating season.
Called out for low water pressure. After checking the pressure switch, tank and wiring all checked out in good working order. It is recommended to replace the filter cartridge inside the housing which will help increase the pressure. Multiple fixtures running water at the same time will result in less pressure. It is recommended to have no more than 2 fixtures running at the same time.
Performed annual maintenance on oil boiler checked all parts and cleaned inside boiler and vent did combustion test checked all zones and thermostat found aquastat on low water and pressure at 20 may have bad sensor in aquastat customer said she have seen the low water come on on the aquastat before
Completed annual maintenance on high efficiency gas boiler. Took combustion and efficiency test.
Installed new oil filter, customer is very low on oil, boiler has a return line on it if they run out of oil they shouldnâ€™t need it bled because of the return line.
Adjusted low water temp in new aquastat tested and all good at this time

Performed annual maintenance on oil boiler. Checked unit and cleaned inside of the boiler. Checked all zone valves to make sure operating properly. Checked freeze protection which was also good. System working fine at this time.
Customer said boiler was Tripping off on reset she had to reset boiler 4 times yesterday cycled boiler 15 times it fired up every time spoke to customer and we are going to replace the primary control left the old control at the house
Re synced WiFi adapter for upstairs Mitsubishi unit. Need to follow up with customer regarding adding a duct to bathroom that was previously quoted and to see if there is a longer cord for WiFi interface.

Low side temp was set for 130 on electronic aquastat, adjusted temp back up to 160, tested, system operational.
Found circulator pump not energizing. Boiler aquastat control, no power to pump. Replaced boiler main aquastat and checked system operation. Found noise from oil burner. Checked burner coupling, o.k. Noise coming from oil pump. Also found small leak from pressure relief valve. Recommended oil pump and pressure relief valve replacement. Customer renewed maintenance agreement on oil boiler
Completed annual maintenance on oil boiler. Found backflow preventer valve dripping. Replaced and checked operation. Need to set appointment for plumber. Has leaking domestic water valve, canâ€™t get whole house water filter apart and needs a water test for water treatment system.

Found communicating errors on indoors units. Has indoor units set to auto not to heat. Multiple indoor units set to auto will lock system out. Set all or heat and checked system operation. Recommended annual maintenance.
No heat in living room, flashing error code, tried resetting system, still flashing error code, need to return and troubleshoot with tech support.
Found call for heat from thermostat but primary control not energizing burner and locking out after 45 seconds. Saw this occur twice. Replaced primary control and checked system operation. Boiler is old and in poor condition recommended replacement. Customer wants one mote year before replacing.
Pressed the reset button on the unit and the burner fired. Tested a couple times and it continued to work.
Found one zone airbound. Purged boiler and checked operation.
