Installed amana split system air conditioning variable speed blower air handler and 18 seer condenser, new line sets t6 thermostat, condensate pvc pipe ran outside with line set, 20x20 Honeywell media filter, secondary drain pan with float switch. Removed and disposal old ac equipment.
Performed ac tune up, checked all components and temperatures. Found a weak condenser capacitor. Recommended to be replaced. This system is using r22 went over it with the customer. Replaced capacitor, took standing pressures, couldnâ€™t get the compressor started due to the cold.
Performed ac tune up, did not check pressure due to the weather being cold, only started the system for a couple minutes to take the delta t and check operation. System is operating good and all electrical components are working. Changed air filter as well

Found clogged trap for heat, hit with co2 cartridge, tested, system operational, also found dirty air filter, removed.
Found water leaking from heat exchanger. Spoke to manufacturer and gave them video and pictures of leak. They are calling back later in the day with warranty and shipping information.
Diagnosed a bad control board. Has a lockout #21, disconnected the gas valve to see if there was a short causing this fault code. Same issue occurred. Gave the customer the price. They would like an estimate on a replacement since the furnace is about 16 years old.
Completed annual maintenance on ac system. Placed yard sign.
Called out to replace a electric water heater. After opening up the ceiling I removed the old heater that was leaking. I installed the new Bradford white heater and piped the relief valve in also. There is no sign of leaks and the heater is making hot water. Cleaned up and thanked the customer. Bradford white model# re16u6-1nal Serial# sj42027568
Installed Amana high efficiency furnace,2 stage gas valve and variable speed blower, up to 16 seer condenser and evaporator coil for ac, new line set, control wire, relocated thermostat in hallway T6 honeywell thermostat, secondary emergency drain pan. Re attached condensate pipes as well as exhaust and fresh air intake. Installed 16x25 media filter. New return and supply box plenum. Removed and disposal old equipment.
Performed ac tune up, checked all components and charge. Replaced the condenser contactor as it was burnt up. Replaced and tested it after. Washed the coil off. It gets very dirty due to the dryer vent for clothes blowing right onto the back of it. All other components looked good at this time.
Found 6 gallon 110V electric water heater leaking above bathroom ceiling, gave estimate to replace.
Completed annual maintenance on ac system. 21 year old R22 system in overall poor condition. Customer would like replacement estimate. Yard sign.
Cleaned and serviced gas furnace, also performed ac tune up. Checked all components. Recommended to install a uv light on the duct work. The ac system is low on charge. Itâ€™s r22, the system is 15 years old. The condenser coil is very damaged and the capacitor in the condenser is weak.
Found a roll out switch tripped. Pushed it in and tested unit. System is 8 years old no flame roll out, could have been a back draft. System is operating normally.
System operational, found clogged air filter replaced, did clean and gas.
Arrived a customer home for possible call back. Found faucet loose reset faucet.
