Danny was just great. Our heat went out and at 1 am it was down to 60 degrees. A bit later, it was 54 degrees. When Danny came at 8:15, the house was freezing. He quickly diagnosed the problem but his real asset is in the way he explains everything and does not make the customer feel that he’s in a hurry to get to the next job. In this day and age, that is wonderful customer service. The house is now warm and we feel very good about our experience.

Thank you Dany. You resolved the issue I had since the time of the installation of the boiler. I have addressed this issue in the past with Folks company but the previous technician tried to convince me it was normal and there was nothing wrong with thermostat. For that reason we had to sleep in cold at nights. Dany listened to my complaint very attentively and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you for being honest and helpful.

Arrived and found no voltage coming into the unit, tested power to the switch at the side of the furnace and am getting 24 volts with the switch off, went upstairs to the second furnace switch and got 91 volts with the switch off, I then tested power in the breaker and got 120 volts. After determining the breaker was good I tested direct power from the breaker to L1 and Neutral upstairs to the switch, I still got 91 volts.
