Charged $380.00 to clean main sewer pipe. Then gave estimate of $1213.00 to extract broken snake from drain (with no guarantee), said I had to open wall and plumbing which I did. Relative recommended that I call T. Webber which I did, they extracted the snake in 10 minutes and said I didn't need to open the wall and plumbing, the charged $300 which included reistalling the plumbing. Folkes made a nightmare out of a relativley simple repair for an experianced plumber.

What I thought would be a small problem to install a new dishwasher turned into a nightmare! Niheem Harper, your plumber did a fantastic job!! although it was time consuming. Not only did he replace corroded pipes but he went the extra mile to make sure all connections for my new dishwasher were working properly & free of leaks. Thank Mr. Harper for your professionalism and great work ethic! Sorry for the time you spent, but I am so happy with the service you provided! You guys @ Folkes are truly one of a kind!!!

I would definitely recommend Folkes Heating & Air Conditioning. They were there when they said they would be and explained in detail our issue. We ended up buying a new A/C from Folkes.
Reconfigured drain trap and tested water was flowing down trap. Also cut pipe and cleared drain line again as well.
Arrived at customers home for a whole house backup. After taking a look found that we neeeded to send a drain machine down mainline. After sending machine through found roots and a belly in the pipe halfway between house and road advised customer of what is needed to be down fix and will be back out on Monday first thing with a locator to give customer a estimate. Canâ€™t offer our one clog free guarantee as mainline has issues.
Made a few adjustments with wiring to contactor. If problem persists we may have to call carrier tech support. System is cooling just not switching from low to high stage and not maintaining temperature
Found drain pan not draining properly. Installed new condensate drain trap and put slight pitch to drain properly. Mail invoice to customer.
Found system on lock out, tested pressures high side slightly high but condenser packed with dirt and debris, cleaned coil took temperature readings. And reset system.
Found system low on refrigerant. 20 year old R22 system. Quoted customer to recharge system. Though not recommended due to age and condition. Customer knows some who will recharge for them. Recommend system replacement.
No finance 6409 contingent on manufacturers direction
Found Navien water heater not producing any hot water. Spoke to manufacturer. Found failed flow sensor. Replaced sensor and checked operation. Manufacturer recommended heat exchanger flush. Customer declined at this time.
Blowing warm air, found condenser fan on but not the compressor. Found a bad capacitor, replaced and system is operating properly.
Completed annual ac tune up on two systems. Found 2nd floor system low on R22. Reacharged system. Checked temperatures and pressures. No further issues to report. Customer replaced filters upon arrival. Cleaned all coils. Learned all condensate lines. Delta t for second floor is now 22 degrees.
Requires one year maintenance to recharge neutralizer.
Replaced mini condensate pump and tested system.
Completed annual ac tune up on one system. Customer replaced filter upon arrival. Cleaned both coils. Cleared condensate line. Took temperatures and pressures. No issues to report at this time. Customer had 89$ coupon. Also signed up for maintenance agreement.
Completed annual maintenance on one system. Replaced one customer supplied filter. Cleaned both coils. Performed mold test. Mold test came back positive in unit. Recommend uv light. No further issues to report.
Found code 84 on control board at condenser for open contactor. Replaced contactor tested system and operational
Called out for a clogged toilet in the second floor hallway bathroom. After speaking with the customer regarding the clogged toilet, I used the auger to open the toilet trap. I then flushed multiple times to test. There is no sign of a clog at this time. Cleaned up and collected payment.
Completed annual maintenance on two systems.changed both return filters first floor 18x20x1, second floor 20x22x1. Cleared condensate traps, cleaned inside coil. Noticed vents and filters very dirty gave estimate for duct cleaning and UV lights for both systems. Outside condensers both pressures tested normal, capacitor tested normal. Brushed outside coils. Both systems operational and working at this time.
Has a snap on route and delivers to Wit's Auto. Estimate to install new A/C system. New customer. Steven is the decision maker.

Performed ac tune up. Customer would not let me into home, only wanted me to look at condenser. Checked pressures and capacitor and contactor. Pressures were ok, capacitor and contactor were good. Customer called us out to add Freon to unit and was under the assumption the $89 tune up special would include adding Freon to unit. Informed customer that adding Freon would be additional, gave customer pricing to add Freon and customer did not wish to proceed. System is operating, was not able to check delta Ts or anything inside.
Completed annual ac tune up on two systems. Customer replaced all filters upon arrival. Cleared drain and trap lines. Cleaned all coils. Took temperatures and pressures. Found capacitor for first floor out of range. Recommend to replace. Also took mold test on upstairs unit. Came back positive for mold.
