My heat stopped working Thursday Morning 1/29/15 about 4AM and the temperature outside was -2 degrees. Needless to say, it was cold in my home! I called Folkes around 6:30 AM and spoke to the answering service. I was called back in less than an hour and by 8:30AM Doyle was at my home and by 9:30AM my heat was up and running. Doyle immediately went to work diagnosing the problem and in no time at all we had heat. I would highly recommend them to do any heat or cooling service that you may need.
